The Dove and the Dolphin has formed out of the
simple urge that had grown in David Halpin to make some difference,
however small, to the well being of the Earth's citizens.
He started out entirely with his own funds, with no thought
of involving others. However, such has been the strength of David's
convictions and the simplicity of his aims, that many people have
contributed, either through their financial generosity or through
thought and deed.
