Nihad on skates. No 8 Newsletter link

Nihad has come back within 24 hours with details about the IT room for the disabled and the small business scheme - rabbit growing included! Please see the two previous postings.

It is entirely typical of Nihad that he has replied so quickly. You, the reader, cannot so easily see what he has to overcome. He lives in the north of this tortured strip where Israeli invasions take place frequently - some in response to guerilla action, some unprovoked.
